Nathan Di Carlo is the Director of Urban Ventures, combining academic achievement, real-world experience and a deep passion for property development to help deliver exceptional residential communities.

With a Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in Real Estate & Development), a Certificate III and IV in Building and Construction and an open Builders Licence, Nathan brings a well-rounded skill set to every Urban Ventures project. His role spans site acquisition, design, finance, construction, project management, marketing and sales, ensuring cohesive execution from beginning to end.

Nathan began his property journey at just 17, working alongside his father and gaining invaluable on-site experience across subdivisions and custom builds. Over time, he progressed into managing larger, more complex developments, building a deep understanding of each stage of the process from the ground up.

Graduating with honours from university, Nathan also proudly represented Australia on the world stage as an elite boxer. The discipline, focus and perseverance honed through international competition now fuel his commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes.

Today, Nathan plays a key role in ensuring Urban Ventures continues to evolve and adapt to meet the demands of the ever-changing South-East Queensland property market, always with a focus on quality, livability and long-term value.
