Joshua Di Carlo is the Director of Urban Ventures, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and industry insight to every stage of the development process.

Joshua plays a pivotal role in the design, finance, construction, project management, marketing and sales of Urban Ventures’ communities. With a sharp understanding of the property market, he is instrumental in identifying and acquiring prime development sites that align with the company’s vision for livable, well-designed neighbourhoods.

Having begun his career as a carpenter, builder and construction manager, Joshua has worked across luxury homes, multi-residential projects and commercial builds. This practical foundation gives him a deep understanding of design, construction and delivery, ensuring quality outcomes at every level.

Joshua holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Building and Construction and was one of Queensland’s youngest licensed low-rise builders. Today, he continues to hold an active open Builders Licence and stays closely connected to site operations.
