Alfio Di Carlo is the Director of Urban Ventures and brings a unique blend of legal expertise and hands-on development experience to the team.

His role focuses on guiding projects from the ground up—managing site acquisition, planning approvals, construction finance, builder tendering, contracts, and the end-to-end delivery of vibrant communities.

Alfio’s journey into property began under the mentorship of his father, with his first development at the age of 18. Since then, he has played a key role in delivering successful land, housing, and multi-residential projects across South-East Queensland, always with a commitment to quality and long-term value.

With a Law degree (honours) from the University of Queensland and over a decade practicing construction law, Alfio brings a sharp legal mind to the development process. He’s also an accredited mediator, offering clarity and confidence in complex contract negotiations.
